Admissions Outreach Coordinator – Military Community

The college is seeking Admissions Outreach Coordinators – Military Community responsible for generating awareness and inquiries through social networking. Admissions Outreach Coordinators provide information to prospective military-related students regarding training programs offered at the college while adhering to established policies. This is a home office position and applicants must have an appropriate workspace in their home 


  • Perform marketing activities while following established procedures.
  • Must be comfortable networking and developing social networks via social networking.
  • Communicate with prospective students through phone, email, social networking platforms, and text messages.
  • Document all activities, engagement, and progress within CRM
  • Strong organizational and follow-up skills are required


  • Knowledge of social networking and an Internet presence is required
  • Strong personal presentation and communication skills
  • Minimum of a high school diploma required; associate preferred
  • Previous recruitment or sales experience preferred
  • Understanding of Social Networking platforms and marketing through this medium

While this is a part-time position, there is the opportunity to transfer into full-time positions.

This is a 20-hour per week position, Monday – Friday, four hours per day.
