Norma is a graduate of our Medical Office Administration program.

Here is what she had to say about her experience:

What was your favorite part of attending Martinsburg College?

My favorite part of Martinsburg college is having this great opportunity to obtain more knowledge than I did when I first started. I loved the flexibility of being able to do school when I had the opportunity because I move around quite a bit.

What was your favorite course?

My favorite course was electronic health records and the medical billing because these two were the most challenging, but taught me a lot.

What did you like best about your program or about working with the Instructors?

I really enjoyed the health care administration program because of everything I learned and I figured out what career path. My original career plan was a pharmacy technician but I was influenced to pursue billing and coding and possibly medical assisting.

Did you have a good experience with an Instructor or someone else at Martinsburg College that you would like to share?

I had a good experience with Rebecca Parquet and she gave me amazing feedback when I was struggling in the Electronic health records class.
