Martinsburg College is committed to providing a learning environment that promotes student success and achievement. Students who are not satisfied with any aspect of their learning and/or experience at the college are encouraged to follow the procedures outlined in the Student Grievance/Complaint Procedure. The Community College Commission is the SARA Portal Agency for institutions in Wyoming. In the event that a student has an issue or concern with an institution, they are encouraged to first seek resolution of any concern or issue directly with the institution. Many issues can be handled quickly and informally once the institution is aware of the concern or issue. If the issue cannot be resolved informally, the student should follow the institution’s formal complaint policy. If, after exhausting the institution’s internal grievance procedures, the institution has not resolved the issue to the student’s satisfaction, or a satisfactory remedy has not been found, the student may contact the Community College Commission in Wyoming for further investigation into the issue. Instructions for filing a complaint with the Wyoming Community College Comission can be found here: https://communitycolleges.wy.edu/sites/default/files/2023-10/ComplaintForm-WY-SARA.pdf
