Martinsburg College provides educational programs to adults seeking to achieve improved levels of proficiency to advance their careers. Our history of providing education dates to 1980 when the first training center was opened in New York and was based in Martinsburg, WV from 2006 – early 2025. The college relocated to Cheyenne, Wyoming in early 2025. Student-centered education was first introduced in our on-ground school in 1980. As educational technology improved, the school was able to benefit from decades of in-school experience and introduced distance education programs in 2003. Currently, all of Martinsburg College’s programs utilize distance education delivery. The college currently offers a graduate certificate program in Applied Behavior Analysis and an M.S. in Applied Behavior Analysis. The college also offers an undergraduate associate degree in healthcare administration.
