Martinsburg College has supported the educational goals of military service members world-wide since 2004. The college understands the demands made of those in the military and the adjustments required when transitioning back into civilian life. In offering a student-centered distance learning environment, Martinsburg College provides current and previous military men and women the opportunity to invest in themselves by pursuing a variety of certificate and/or degree programs to enhance personal and/or professional skills.
Martinsburg College recognizes the value of military experience and training and awards credit for military training and experiences, maximizing the use of military training credit recommended by the American Council on Education (ACE). In addition to an institutional setting, courses offered by the military and other such programs recognized by the American Council on Education’s Center for Adult Learning and Education Credentials program will be considered for transfer credit.
